*A Wonderful Boarding Experience*
I recently boarded my shitzu dog at Pups and Pals, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.I was a bit anxious. But from the moment I spoke with the owner(Tiya), I felt reassured and confident that my pet was in good hands.
The owner of this boarding Mrs.Tiya and Mr.Shashank is passionate about dogs. They took the time to understand my dog’s personality, daily routine, and any specific care instructions I had. It was clear that they treat every dog as an individual, not just another guest.
The facility itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to make the dogs feel at home. My dog had ample space to move around, play, and rest comfortably. What really stood out was the level of personal attention he received—regular playtime, affection, and a calm, stress-free environment.
Throughout the stay, the owner Tiya kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos, which was such a relief and made me feel connected even from a distance. My dog looked relaxed, happy, and very well cared for in every update.
I’m truly grateful for the love and attention my dog received here. It made this boarding experience smooth and worry-free. I now have complete trust in their services and will definitely be choosing them again in the future. We had a really great experience with Tiya and Shasank. We left our dog, Theo, with them for a day, and they took care of him like their own. Knowing it was Theo's first time staying at a boarding, they gave him special attention and made sure he felt comfortable.
Theo initially refused to eat, but Tiya patiently hand-fed him until he felt at ease and started eating on his own. They also spent time playing with him and made sure he was engaged and happy. They kept us updated by regularly sharing his photos and videos, which ensured us that he was doing well.
We’re truly happy with the care they provided and would highly recommend this place to all pet parents.
